Ambire Journal Vol.8: Ambiremaxxing
Who's been maxxing Ambire? Get the latest community gossip, news, upcoming features, and more...
Hey fam, welcome to a new episode of “Catching Up with Everything,” a.k.a the Ambire Journal.
The social feeds are getting Ambire-pilled, as we shipped a bunch of cool stuff, and it's time for a rundown in one place.
We love seeing usage numbers grow and are eager to work hard to improve the wallet. Keep us busy with ideas and reports 🫡
Hey everyone, thank you for using and recommending Ambire.

We'll continue building this wallet for you, so please never stop sharing your thoughts, feedback, and bugs. Much love. pic.twitter.com/Fuq2dclrl4
Have a look at the recently shipped features you can now enjoy in the extension. We covered each feature in detail in this X thread.

Next up, you can expect:
- Clear signing support with EIP-7730 in the next weeks, finally putting blind signing to rest! A lil sneak peek was shared on Ambire X.
- Ability to set per-app network connection, a heavily requested feature lately.
- The Mobile app will be ready in a couple of months.
- Shipping features based on user feedback, as always.
- Private transfers with Railgun & Privacy Pools in sync with Kohaku development. Let’s chat a bit more about that.
Privacy season?
Privacy is neither a meta nor a narrative at Ambire; it’s how the wallet is built from the ground up. You might have heard about Kohaku in last week’s so let’s refresh the storyline quickly:
Wallets do a poor job at protecting user privacy: that’s why the Ethereum Foundation started working on “Kohaku”, an SDK that brings privacy and security solutions to any EVM wallet.
In terms of features, we are talking about private transfers and private data retrieval, no IP tracking, a light client, and more down the line. Ambire’s codebase has been forked for this mission, and we intend to support features as they emerge.
Imagine opening your everyday wallet with built-in private transfers powered by Kohaku, @RAILGUN_Project, @0xprivacypools, and others.

No new wallet installation needed.
No extra steps.
Privacy, baked in.
Coming soon to a wallet near you 🥷 pic.twitter.com/8vVYKQ4YbV

Marc updated the Golden trio of onchain safety, sick setup:
I'm updating the Golden trio of onchain safety:
— Marc Zeller (@Marczeller) May 14, 2026
1) Own a hardware wallet, with the new clear signing framework, screen output will go from gibberish to human-readable.
2) Import your hw into @ambire, they cooked, I migrated to it and it's now the best wallet for the EVM… https://t.co/yBijSw2Zkg
$WALLET as $RAIL beta play looking good here:
Generally don’t like shilling “beta” plays as it dilutes capital and attention, BUT if there’s any team that deserves the attention it’s absolutely @ambire.
— AJC (@AvgJoesCrypto) May 24, 2026
The @ethereumfndn forked the Ambire wallet for Kohaku, so I’m not really sure there’s much higher praise than that.… https://t.co/jZfEOwBBZh
Ambire at the top of Zun’s wallet security analysis thread:
tbh the @ambire wallet dev team deserves more credit than they get, they take care of their wallet codebase in such way that even automated security scanners mark them very safe, while plenty of other popular extensions fall below 90 score

not only this time, I have seen… pic.twitter.com/IwzlPqgF3m

bro fuck metamask and rabby all my friends use ambire now
— donnoh.eth 💗 (@donnoh_eth) May 25, 2026
“Just use something privacy-preserving like Ambire”
idk why anyone uses rabby because they don't address anything, like why 7702 isn't supported to things like this.
— zodomo.eth (🌍,💻) (@Zodomo) May 22, 2026
just use something privacy-respecting like @ambire
Safe & Ambire, a match made in heaven:
finally a wallet does something truly useful

this can be a great unlock for MetaLeX. . .we strongly advocate for a board of directors to be represented onchain as a multisig, but with existing wallet infra it is really tough for people to authorize app actions *as* a… https://t.co/zCETpSaIPZ
🔥 Do cool stuff with Ambire
Paying for gas in tokens is not just a gimmick! Your friend will onramp FIAT-ZCHF/USDC… and expect to continue transacting. Ambire now supports gas payments in USDC, USDT, BOLD, ZCHF, JPYC, and many more.
Ever used a Swiss franc stablecoin as gas?
— Frankencoin (@frankencoinzchf) May 22, 2026
With @ambire, now you can! https://t.co/zTlUm625dG
Don’t send your precious assets to scammers. Ambire introduced a transfer feature that actively prevents you from falling into the address poisoning trap.
Haven't seen this anywhere, will try out Ambire immediately https://t.co/N9Bikf0SgW

Transaction batching ftw. Play around with the “Start a batch” button, which allows you to batch transfers, swaps, token revocations, or any combination of transactions.
Why i'm choose @ambire wallet?
— fatooom (@bubonik_X) April 12, 2026
because i love this! i love UI, and of course batch swap in wallet.
Batch swaps are just what I need, I can now simply collect dust from all chains right in my wallet
Guys, why haven't I heard of you before? Why did I only find out about you on… pic.twitter.com/WR8k1sNgdc
Transaction history is much more legible now. The activity cards display which app you used and the change in token balance. Pro tip: you can easily repeat a transaction from the activity card 😉
I realized the other day, something about the transaction history was off and could use improvement, I just didn't know what exactly
