Ambire Governance Vote: Extend Ambire Rewards Season 1
Ambire proposes extending Rewards Season 1 to December 15, 2025, to refine mechanics, onboard more users, and ensure fairer distribution. The pool remains 20M $stkWALLET, and the rewards formula stays the same with weekly snapshots.
Ambire Rewards Season 1 is in full swing, and we want to make it even better. We’re proposing an extension of Season 1 to refine the mechanics, onboard more participants, and ensure rewards are distributed as fairly as possible.
If this proposal passes, it will be the first in a series of governance votes to make Ambire Rewards more enticing and rewarding for every Ambire Wallet user.
Proposal overview
Season 1 was initially planned to run for approximately 3-4 months. With this vote, we propose to continue it through Dec 15, 2025. The total rewards pool remains 20,000,000 $WALLET tokens (paid in $stkWALLET), and most importantly, the rewards formula stays the same for the entire season. Weekly snapshots and calculations will continue as they are today.
The question is: Should we extend Ambire Rewards Season 1 until December 15, 2025?

Proposal motivation: why extend Season 1
The aim of this proposal is to:
- Improve the mechanics (with community input): Extra time lets us polish UX, eligibility rules, and operations so rewards better reflect real engagement.
- Let more users join: Many wallet users still don’t participate. Extending the season gives current users who are missing the action and newcomers time to reach the required level/balance and start earning.
- Ensure fairer distribution: A longer measurement window reduces short-term gaming of the program, rewards sustained use, and improves the accuracy of weekly snapshots.
- Enable follow-up proposals: If this passes, we’ll bring additional votes to fine-tune program logistics. These will not change the rewards formula or weighting for Season 1.
- Keep momentum: With powerful new features in the Ambire Extension and a growing user base, a longer season helps capture real, ongoing usage.
Voting eligibility
Holders of $WALLET or $stkWALLET on Ethereum before the snapshot are eligible to vote.
Please note that the voting power of $stkWALLET tokens is double that of $WALLET tokens.
Any token changes after the snapshot will not affect the voting power. For example, staking your $WALLET tokens after the snapshot will not double their voting power.

Vote summary
Season 1 is officially extended. The proposal passed with 61.01% (42.6M voting power) in favor vs. 38.99% (27.2M) against, and Season 1 now runs until December 15, 2025.
This vote also set a new participation record: 127 accounts voted, surpassing the previous high of 105 from the Season 1 rewards-pool vote.
With the extension approved, the four proposals: make XP linear on selected quests, remove the NFT requirement, double XP for activity on Ethereum, and increase governance voting XP to 5,000 - will, if passed, take effect during the current Season 1.
